House and Dr. Chi Park are put in quite a predicament as Benjamin suddenly collapses after making a rare and generous donation. The two doctors are convinced that this extreme altruistic behavior indicates a deep medical disorder. When nothing is going right, House goes as far as to recruit prison doctor Jessica Adams to volunteer her time for the case. While Benjamin puts himself into more life threatening danger, Adams and Park deal with moral issue themselves. Meanwhile, Thirteen deals with more guilt conflict as she pursues personal happiness.
