Shows to Watch: Tuesday (August 9)

White Collar: "The Sparrow Dies at Midnight"
The first show coming to its summer finale will be the sleek and cool series we all love, White Collar.  I anticipate it being one of the best finales of the summer as Neal and Mozzie continue to hide their treasure from the FBI. The Mediterranean Island that Mozzie had dreamed of for so long is being paid ill attention to as Neal gets cold feet about taking their treasure and running. The con duo aren’t looking like their former selves as they argue but try to keep a cool head in front of Peter. Even though they have all their personal issues to work out, Neal does still work for the FBI and must vigorously aid on the case at hand. The Degas has to be found, the fence (Rusty) has to be stopped, and as always the bad guy has to be caught. This episode is going to be jam-packed and we can only imagine what crazy cliffhanger we’re going to be left with.  Tune in to the summer finale, premiering tomorrow on USA at 9/8C and don’t forget to comment with your reactions!

Covert Affairs: “World Leader Pretend”
The other finale that is going to be premiering is the new and upcoming show Covert Affairs. I can’t say I’m a huge fan but with all the publicity it’s getting from USA as well as the ratings it’s receiving, it might be a worthwhile watch. In the finale Annie is going to be given the biggest opportunity of her career as she runs point in the extraction of Shen Yue, a valuable Chinese Scientist. After convincing Yue to defect to the U.S. Annie is going to have to go so deep into her mission that it might even cause a huge falter in her relationship with Danielle. With drama, explosions (who doesn’t love a good explosion), and unexpected twists the Covert Affairs finale may be what some of you need to get hooked onto the show. Watch it tomorrow at 10/9C on USA.

America's Got Talent: Youtube Stars
After watching this year’s pool of America’s Got Talent I can honestly say that the U.S. may just have something. We will be seeing the selected acts chosen from YouTube this week and I honestly have no idea what to expect. The show always has some reasons not to watch but it does provide laughter and sometimes amazement at what some contestants have in their imagination. Definitely tune in as it’s going to be a huge surprise at what talent is going to show up. If anything…we all love YouTube, maybe it is YouTube’s stars time to shine. Tune in tomorrow at 9/8C on NBC (on account that you’re one of the few who doesn’t love White Collar!)
